This office building with shops is located in the city center (Guéliz) behind the Carré Eden shopping center, the architectural expression is intended to be contemporary and explicit.
As part of an architectural competition, our proposal is a spatialization of the detailed program of the project in a contemporary, functional and pleasant volume and development for users and passengers, this design integrates the climatic, ecological and social specificities specific to the ochre city.
This project was commissioned by an Emirati investor, for the creation of a multi-purpose shopping center immersed in greenery. The concept of transparency with double skin offers an inside-outside relationship for all the spaces of the project.
Located in the Amelkis golf resort, the contemporary villa blends into the site with its longitudinal shape that follows the terrain and uses the unevenness to create a water wall that continues the pool on a terrace overlooking the golf course. The south façade opens onto the Atlas Mountains, while the north façade is almost blind to accentuate the element of surprise.
